There are three steps for digital assets to be withdrawn: CoinToBe initiates a withdrawal from an account —block confirmation – an entry made to another account:
Step 1: a TXID will be generated within 10 minutes a user makes a withdrawal (meaning a withdrawal has been made from CoinToBe platform and awaits block confirmation);
Step 2: You can copy the TXID and paste it to its block explorer, where you can check the number of block confirmation (please see below some of the block explorers);
Step 3: Please be patient for block confirmation if the transaction is unconfirmed. If the transaction is confirmed, it means the withdrawal is made successfully, you are advised to ask the receiver’s platform for help if the receiver’s account still hasn’t received it.
Please note that, if the TXID is not generated 3 hours after you make a withdrawal, please submit a ticket that includes your CoinToBe login account, name of the currency you withdraw and a screenshot of the withdrawal records, and we will get back to you as soon as possible (tickets without a screenshot will be processed with a lower priority).
